Waved albatross colony (Apr–Dec), blue-footed boobies and sea lions on white-sand beach.

Floreana — Punta Cormorant & Devil's Crown
Española → Floreana
Flamingo lagoon, green-sand beach and excellent snorkeling at Devil's Crown.

Santa Fe & South Plaza
Floreana → Santa Fe → South Plaza
Santa Fe land iguana endemic species, swallow-tailed gulls and red-billed tropicbirds.

San Cristóbal — Lobos Island
South Plaza → San Cristóbal
Sea lion colony, snorkeling with playful pups, frigatebird nesting site.

San Cristóbal Interior
San Cristóbal coastal
Interpretation Center, Junco Lagoon and Tortoise Reserve.

Santa Cruz — Tortuga Bay
San Cristóbal → Santa Cruz
Charles Darwin Research Station and free afternoon at Tortuga Bay beach.

Departure from Baltra
Santa Cruz → Baltra Airport
Transfer to Baltra airport for connection to mainland Ecuador.
